1. How do I order?
Ordering from FusionJewels.com is easy! Follow
these steps:

Browse our selection of jewelry and when you find something
you like, click on the item.

You
will receive a detailed description of the piece with an
enlarged image.

Click "Add To Cart." Select size and colour wherever
applicable. Click on "Add more items" if you want to add more
items or add shipping charges. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK THE BACK
BUTTON!

If
delivery has to be made outside India please click "INR 600"
button to add shipping cost for the first item. For every
additional item you add to the shopping cart please click on
"INR 50". Click on "Add more items" if you want to add
shipping charges. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK THE BACK BUTTON! For
delivery within India, please skip this step!

Your
item is now saved in the Shopping Cart and you may continue to
browse and add items.

When
you are ready to order, click the "Shopping Cart" tab at the
top of your screen.

You
will be prompted to enter your shipping and payment
information. Fill this in and click "Pay and Finish".

The
Order Summary page allows you to review your order one last
time before submitting your order. If everything is as it
should be, click "Final Checkout".

Enter your billing and delivery address, and choose a mode of
payment either by credit card or by debiting your Indian bank
account. Click on "Submit Form." We also have an Alternative
Payment Gateway (Only for MASTER and VISA).

Fill
in your credit card details/account details and click the
submit button! You are done!

2. What
are browser "cookies"?
A
cookie is a data element that our web site sends to your
browser, and is stored on your computer. Cookies are used on
our site to enable customers to access and store items in
their Shopping Cart, and to enhance your shopping experience.
If you do not have cookies enabled you will not be able to
order online from FusionJewels.com, as your Shopping Cart will
not function properly.

3. How do I enable my browser cookies?
To
function properly, the FusionJewels Shopping Cart requires
that you enable cookies in your web browser. Enabling cookies
allows the FusionJewels website to recognize you as you browse
through our site; if cookies are disabled, our website will
lose track of you, and items may disappear from your cart

4. Can my order be gift-boxed?
We do
not offer a gift-wrapping service at this time. Most of the
jewellery sets will arrive in a beautiful velvet jeweler's box.
All other items will arrive in plastic boxes properly protected
and packed.

5. How can I change or cancel my order?
We can
only honour requests to change or cancel an order if the request
is received 48 hours after you've placed your order. Email your
request ONLY to the address below, as otherwise we may not
receive your request in time. Include your order number and name
in your request. Please email your request to:

6. Can I pay by check or money order?
You are welcome to pay
by check or money order. Follow these steps:

Select the items you
want to order.

Email your order, with the complete details and send it along
with the cheque in favour of 'FusionJewels.Com.' Please mail

receive payment within 20 days, your order will be canceled.

7. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Diners Club International, JCB, Citibank E-cards and
American Express.

8. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat
shipping rate of INR 600 on the first product and INR 50 on
every additional product ordered.

9. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please
allow 7-8 days for international orders and 3-4 days for orders
within India. Nearly each and every item is manufactured to your
exact specifications; and a careful, thorough process takes a
little extra time when done right.

10. How will my order be shipped?
All
items are delivered to your doorstep! FusionJewels.com
will ship your order to almost any country in the world, but
please be aware that some countries may have laws which preclude
certain products from being imported.
FusionJewels cannot take responsibility for the delivery of
orders due to local import regulations in other countries. This
has not been an issue for FusionJewels customers yet, but
we must advise that there is the potential, and encourage you to
check your local regulations. Your order may be subject to
import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package
reaches your country.
FusionJewels does not collect duties or taxes and cannot
predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur
these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice
which you are responsible for. For more information regarding
your country's customs policies, please contact your local
customs office.

11. How will I know when my order ships?
When
your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification
Email. This Email will provide you with the date, and other
details your order was shipped.

12. Does FusionJewels.com ship internationally?
We ship
at all destinations covered by the Fedex, DHL, Skynet, Airwings,
UPS, Aramex network which includes
most parts of the world.

13. Can I ship to a different address besides my
own?
Absolutely, but we do not accept orders that do not have the
correct credit card billing address. Please make sure that you
enter the correct billing address and shipping addresses.

14. Are the product images actual size?
No,
images at times may be enlarged or reduced to display as much
information as possible about the design of the merchandise. We
do provide actual measurements as part of the description of the
product. This information is often provided in Length and Width
format. If you would like clearer pictures on any of our
products, please email us!

15. What is INR?
INR is
Indian Rupees. All prices are in Indian Rupees. however we do
have a currency converter on every product page to make it
easier to convert the price in your own currency.
